Reflexology Reflexology is based upon the principles that there are reflexes in the feet which relate to each other and to organs in all parts of the body. Gentle massage of these points can be used to restore and maintain the body's natural equilibrium and encourage healing. For each person the application and effect of the therapy is unique. Patients undergoing treatment have access to these facilities by referral from their consultant or practitioner. Please speak to them if you would like to try this treatment.
